Nashville Booted Return Policy

At Nashville Booted, we specialize in vintage boots—each pair is one-of-a-kind and full of character. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we do accept returns with a quick heads-up.

Returns:

If you’d like to return your boots, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, based on the timestamp provided by the shipping carrier’s tracking information. This gives you time to inspect your boots and make sure they’re the right fit and feel for you.

Because these are vintage items, boots must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. They must show no signs of wear beyond initial try-on and be returned with original packaging.

Once we receive your return request, we’ll provide instructions for sending them back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
