The Boots
The Old Gringo Golondrina — one of the most iconic and sought-after designs in modern Western fashion. “Golondrina” means “swallow” in Spanish, and these boots bring the bird to life in stunning multi-color leather inlay: lavender/purple swallows soar across the chocolate-brown shaft panels, surrounded by red five-petal flowers with tiny turquoise centers, mint-green leaves, and graceful stems — a garden scene rendered in hand-cut leather on every side of the boot. At the collar, brown heart inlays with lavender accents and small arrow cutouts add romantic detail, while red/burgundy flame-scroll overlays at the wingtip toe give the design a bold, grounded finish.
The two-tone leather — warm honey cognac framing panels of rich distressed chocolate brown — creates depth and dimension, and Old Gringo’s signature hand-distressed finish gives each boot a lived-in, vintage-inspired character straight out of the box. The snip toe, stacked Western heel with branded “Old Gringo” heel caps, and the tall shaft height complete the silhouette.

Condition
These boots have hardly been used — they’re in excellent condition. The leather is supple and the hand-distressed finish is beautifully intact (note: Old Gringo intentionally distresses the leather and metal toe/heel caps at the factory for a vintage-inspired look, so the worn appearance of the toe tips and heel caps is by design, not from wear). The inlays — swallows, flowers, leaves, hearts, and flame overlays — are all vibrant, secure, and pristine. The soles show only the lightest signs of being worn a handful of times. The interior is clean and fresh. This is as close to new as a pre-owned pair gets.
