This 1990s Lucchese Classics pair uses its extra-tall shafts as a full canvas for a climbing floral design. Cream tulip stems and blossoms rise through warm sienna-brown pebbled leather, with small turquoise leaves introducing just enough color to break up the otherwise earthy palette. The motif continues around all sides of the shafts, framed by cream scalloped edging and finished at the top with a two-tone tan-and-chocolate collar. Smooth sienna vamps, pointed snip toes and stacked fashion heels give the lower half a cleaner finish beneath the more elaborate upper.
Why We Love Them
The height gives the tulip motif room to develop instead of compressing it into a small decorative panel. Cream and turquoise against textured sienna leather feels refined without being overly formal, and the design remains interesting from every angle because the inlay continues around the full shaft.

Condition
Good vintage condition with substantial natural wear and a well-developed broken-in character. Sienna pebbled leather shows significant creasing and softening throughout the tall shafts. Cream tulip and turquoise leaf inlays remain secure and vibrant, the two-tone scalloped collars remain intact, and the pointed toes show creasing and minor scuffing. Leather soles show moderate-to-heavy wear, stacked heels show wear and scuffing, and the tan leather lining shows normal vintage patina.
