The python vamps display the skin in its beautiful natural coloration: a creamy ivory-and-white base with soft grey shading and the unmistakable dark diamond-band markings that make python one of the most recognizable exotic leathers in the world. The large, well-defined scales catch the light with a natural luster, and the skin extends from the pointed toe up over the instep and wraps around to the heel counter — generous exotic coverage that showcases a significant amount of premium snakeskin.

Condition
These boots are in good vintage condition with honest wear. The python skin is intact with scales tight throughout the vamps and the natural pattern beautifully preserved; there is some honest wear and minor scuffing at the toes consistent with use (see photos). The black leather shafts are supple with creasing from wear, and the white/grey stitchwork is fully intact. The leather soles show wear from use but remain solid, with the Dan Post stamp visible on the heel caps, and the stacked heels show wear. The interior is clean. Overall a well-cared-for pair with plenty of life left.
